Welcome
to the Cardiomyopathy Association's conferences website. We are a
national UK charity, which aims to provide information and support to
cardiomyopathy patients and their families. We work to raise awareness
of cardiomyopathy and promote best practice in the care and management
of patients. Our 2012 conference programme reaffirms our commitment to
professional education. Delegate places at our conferences are being
offered at a discount rate for consultants and free to trainee grades.
